2. Ce que fait Afrikyol
Afrikyol est un intermédiaire : nous mettons en relation des acheteurs africains avec des fabricants et prestataires en Turquie (et inversement), nous aidons à la recherche, à la vérification, à la négociation et au suivi. Les contrats de vente sont conclus directement entre l'acheteur et le fabricant. Afrikyol n'est pas partie à ces contrats, ne vend pas de marchandises en son nom et ne reçoit pas l'argent des commandes.
Par conséquent, la qualité, la conformité, la livraison et le paiement des marchandises relèvent du fabricant et de l'acheteur. Nous vous aidons à les vérifier (échantillons, documents, visites), mais sans garantie de résultat.
3. Rémunération
Afrikyol peut être rémunéré pour une mise en relation, par une commission convenue par écrit avec un fabricant, un partenaire ou un client. Sur simple demande, nous vous disons qui nous rémunère sur votre dossier.
4. Santé
Les services de santé sont présentés sur medipol.afrikyol.com, avec leurs propres conditions. Rien sur afrikyol.com ne constitue un avis médical.
5. Produits digitaux
Leadyol (leadyol.tr) et Workyol (workyol.com) ont leurs propres conditions de vente et d'utilisation, publiées sur leurs sites.

2. What Afrikyol does
Afrikyol is an intermediary: we connect African buyers with manufacturers and service providers in Türkiye (and the other way round), and we help with research, checks, negotiation and follow-up. Sales contracts are signed directly between the buyer and the manufacturer. Afrikyol is not a party to them, does not sell goods in its own name and does not receive the money for orders.
As a result, the quality, compliance, delivery and payment of goods are the responsibility of the manufacturer and the buyer. We help you check them (samples, documents, visits), without guaranteeing a result.
3. How we are paid
Afrikyol may be paid for an introduction, through a commission agreed in writing with a manufacturer, partner or client. On request, we tell you who pays us on your file.
4. Health
Health services are presented on medipol.afrikyol.com, under their own terms. Nothing on afrikyol.com is medical advice.
5. Digital products
Leadyol (leadyol.tr) and Workyol (workyol.com) have their own terms of sale and use, published on their websites.
